3. Shipping Policy for Samraj Technologies (UK Only)

   1. Shipping Options and Rates

      1. Standard Shipping:

         1. Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

         2. Shipping Charges: Charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

      2. Express Shipping:

         1. Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

         2. Additional Charges: An additional fee applies for express shipping. Charges will be displayed at checkout. Note: Express shipping may not be available during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events. Customers will be notified at checkout if express shipping is not available.

   2. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Express orders placed before 12 PM local time will be processed the same day, unless express shipping is unavailable due to high demand.

   3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer with tracking information. Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

   4. Shipping Restrictions

      1. Delivery Locations: We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding P.O. Boxes.

   5. Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact Samraj Technologies Customer Support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Samraj Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

   6. Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, modifications are not possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee the cancellation if the order has already been processed.

4. Returns Policy

   1. Return Period:
      Customers may return Malli Smart Bulbs within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

   2. Return Process:
      To initiate a return, contact Samraj Technologies Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, and must be in like-new condition.

   3. Refunds:
      Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Samraj Technologies will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

   4. Non-Returnable Items:
      Products not in their original packaging, missing accessories, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return. Additionally, any products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable.

   5. Exchanges:
      Samraj Technologies does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Warranty Policy

   1. Warranty Coverage:
      Samraj Technologies provides a 1-year limited warranty for the Malli Smart Bulb from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

   2. Warranty Service:
      If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Samraj Technologies will, at its discretion, either (a) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. The replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

   3. How to Make a Warranty Claim:
      To make a warranty claim, contact Samraj Technologies Customer Support with the following details:

      1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

      2. A detailed description of the defect or issue

      3. Model number and batch number of the product

      4. Samraj Technologies Customer Support will provide instructions on returning the defective product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to Samraj Technologies.

   4. Exclusions and Limitations:
      This warranty does not cover:

      1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

      2. Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents

      3. Damage from natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, floods, and earthquakes.

      4. Any other damages not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

      5. This warranty is void if the product is altered, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Samraj Technologies or an authorized service provider.

6. Collection and Use of Personal Information We collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and addresses, to process orders and provide customer support. Your information is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.​
