Terms & Conditions

Welcome to samraj.tech! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out how we work when you shop with us. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, just drop us a message at support@samraj.tech.

1. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price shown (including any applicable taxes and shipping). All orders are subject to availability.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll let you know as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping (UK Only)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Cost: Shown at checkout (based on weight and location)

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Cost: Shown at checkout

  • Note: Express may not be available during busy periods (e.g. holidays, sales).

Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next working day.

  • Express orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day (where available).

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. (Please note courier delays are outside our direct control, but we’ll always support you.)

Changes & Cancellations

We can’t usually change an order once it’s placed. If you’d like to cancel, contact us right away — if it hasn’t already been processed, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

3. Returns & Refunds

​

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product might not fully meet expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

​

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In some cases, we may offer you a refund without asking for the item back — this depends on the type of product and the environmental impact of returning it. If that applies, you’ll be free to either keep the item or dispose of it responsibly in a sustainable way.

  • Condition of Items: We prefer products to be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, but we’ll still honour your refund even if this isn’t possible.

  • Refunds: Once your return request has been processed, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Who Pays for Returns: We’ll cover the return postage cost, so you won’t need to pay to send items back to us.

​​

  • Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

​​

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, which always apply.

4. Warranty

All Samraj Technologies products (including Malli Smart Bulbs and Malli Aurora LED Strips) come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • What’s Not Covered: Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, cosmetic issues (scratches/dents), modifications, or natural events (lightning, floods, etc.).

  • What We’ll Do: We’ll either repair the product (using new/refurbished parts) or replace it. Replacements are covered for the rest of the original warranty period or 30 days — whichever is longer.

Making a Claim

Please email support@samraj.tech with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Model/batch number

We’ll guide you through the process. Customers cover the cost of sending items back, but if your claim is valid, we’ll send the repaired/replacement product free of charge.

​​5. Data, Privacy & Accounts

​

We only collect the information we need to process your orders and support you (name, email, address, payment details). Your data is kept safe and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

Some features may also require you to create an account. Please keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for any activity under your account. If we notice unusual activity, we may need to suspend or close your account.

6. Legal Stuff

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samraj Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages from use of our products or website.​

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the changes here. Continuing to use our website means you accept the updated Terms.

  4. Cost

    The product is free with the code applied.

    Standard shipping charges apply to orders under £5.

  5. Limit

    One trial pack per customer and per household.

    Duplicate orders may be cancelled without notice.

  6. Availability

    This offer is valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

  7. Returns

    Trial packs are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a faulty or damaged item.
    This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law..

  8. Abuse or Misuse

    Samraj Technologies reserves the right to cancel orders and restrict access if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
