• Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In some cases, we may offer you a refund without asking for the item back — this depends on the type of product and the environmental impact of returning it. If that applies, you’ll be free to either keep the item or dispose of it responsibly in a sustainable way.

• Condition of Items: We prefer products to be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, but we’ll still honour your refund even if this isn’t possible.

• How to Return: Please use the Return Items Form or email support@samraj.tech to request a return.

• Refunds: Once your return request has been processed, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Who Pays for Returns: We’ll cover the return postage cost, so you won’t need to pay to send items back to us.

• Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
